the interview was quick and pretty personal (one on one) instead of like an interview panel.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are always made to feel like we are appreciated by all the managers and leads. whether it be a small task or a big one they always thank us and make sure we know our job is important.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to interact with customers. we get a lot of veterans so its always nice to talk to them and make them feel appreciated. we also get a lot of tourists so its always cool to meet people from other countries.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together really well and dont fight and bicker like other jobs i have been to. the only "arguing" we do is just teasing/fun and games and we all know it is. we are more like a well functioning family than anything lol
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very helpful and considerate. As a cashier, If I need help, they do everything they can to make sure i am helped in a timely manner and are never short or cross with me. they are always sure to listen when i ask questions and take my opinion into consideration.
