Only work here if you are related to or owned the Cafaro', because those are the only employees who are promoted and treated with respect. For everyone else run for your lives! Felt like I had Stockholm Syndrome when I finally had the good sense to find a better job.

You get no sick time just vacation that your discouraged from using, and it does not roll over
