Only work here if you are related to or owned the Cafaro', because those are the only employees who are promoted and treated with respect. For everyone else run for your lives! Felt like I had Stockholm Syndrome when I finally had the good sense to find a better job.

Do not take care of there employees

Not a good place to work.

My experiance with this company was horrific. My direct superviser frequently used the N word and called African Americans "colored." The Cafaro way of management is to bully and harass lower management and staff. The enviroment is completely hostile and the owners are cheap.

Probably wait for a new generation to take over the company.

Training, pay, not waiting 12 months to let you know what your doing wrong so they can use it to give you a poor evaluation.

Stop all the back stabbing.

The management team needs to retire. They are irredemable.

Better overall training on a one-on-one basis, with emphasis on decision making skills.

They need to get in touch with reality and actually train employees.

Be specific as to the jobs description and what must be done along with the scheduling of hours.

The HR department is by far one of the worst places on earth. This woman named Melanie Cann smelled like dead fish during my interview

There is no team building.

This company relies on lawyers to keep them afloat. They are liars that dont care about their employees unless youre at the corporate office. They dont care about tenants who pay their bills. I think the best way to improve the company would be to close permanently.
