What makes you most happy at work?
Working with people who live our company values, challenge me, and allow me to learn and grow.
The people I work with and the constant challenges that await each day. I've grown so much in my time at Cake, and it pushes me to be better in my core skills as well as a lot of soft skills.
A variety of tasks -- a different day every day. Learning new stuff all the time. Working together towards a common purpose.
Broken record: the people. They can and often do turn bad days into wonderful ones.
I love working with smart people who are actively learning and sharing with others. Positive attitudes around the office really help as well.
