What makes you most happy at work?Interacting with customers, vendors made my day. My location was also nice and clean. Seeing other coworkers happy was important to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Interactions with other employees were positive in helping with morale.
What are some of the best things about your team?Team engagements have been non existent with Caliber Fall 2021. Important team Communication on business and updates should be sent regulary or posted. Then transparency is also important.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?I did not like having to be asked questions about my manager that I only knew for 3 weeks. I did not like questions during my onboarding experience. I felt that this was unfair uncalled for and full of judgement.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Organizations that do not tend to culture present liability. Listen to what your employees are telling you.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Should not belittle employee in front of other employees or threaten to take him outside and always saying he does his job wrong
