Review from Sales Dept
Speed, provide proper and timely feedback to candidates
Review from Sales Dept
Siloed culture, mis-aligned priorities across the teams, decision making held by a small group of people so even as a senior leader you really have no power to move forward.
Review from Marketing Dept
Executive leadership out of touch with what is really happening and what is important to our customers. Executive team does not demonstrate trust with employees. Need to reassess the amount of time spent on internal actions vs our customers.

Office distance is more. But Calix is supportive enough to give Cab service.

Everyone needs to listen. Too many people want to talk too often.
