Great pay, strong bonus structure, and so many other benefits ($1200 annually for personal wellness - IE, massages, fitness equipment, gym memberships, etc. Also employee stock purchase plans, "Calix Cares", etc.)

Everyone cares! And everyone is always willing to help others. I haven't met one person who isn't happy here (no place is perfect, but Calix is pretty great) - and it shows every day!
