I have worked for Cameron for just under 7 years now. Like with all companies, there are ups and downs. Currently I have the absolute best manager I have ever had in my working life. There are some things about how the company works that I would change, but not many.

I have the flexibility to amend my work schedule when I have to take care of personal things.

I have the ability to get overtime, when necessary, though I would like to be able to have some bonuses or stock options.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is amazing. He communicates effectively and works to build up his direct reports in not only their work capacity but also in them personally.
