What makes you most happy at work?
The dogs and being able to spend time with them
Being able to have a clean and up to date facility for the large numbers of dogs we recieve.

Getting to interact with the dogs and if I work with my two friends
Seeing the doggies that i love and care about so much.
When its time to go home. Also playing with dachshunds
Sadly the only thing that made me look forward to going in was the fact that I was with dogs for 6+ hrs.

The dogs and my team. I love coming to work because we have a very good team with one bad apple. The dogs make it even better like ice cream with sprinkles.

The rare moments when I get to hang out with our teacup dogs. I'm more of a big dog person usually, but there's nothing like the calm of the teacups after two hours with forty big dogs.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything is going wrong and it cant be improved until management changes
They care about money most, and how people look at them. No care for dogs or staff
Corprate needs to come and talk with employees(not the favorites!)

The owners need to be retrained. They are terrible to the employees and talk down about our clients calling some of them crazy.

Management needs to step up and take action. Turnover rate is far too high with morale in the toilet. Care about the people who work there, support them and encourage them.
I need to report the manager and a few of the other employees. It would be in the best interest of the camp for things to change . The manager put two dogs in the emergency vet in one day...
Management needs corrcting. The two men in charge have been inappropriate and unprofessional and non compassionate. They expect all the benefits of employees work without contributing to the team or training. Very unprofessional.
The entire place needs a revamp
Actually have a manager who mangers and not curse
Dogs are neglected and sometimes abused. Facilities are disgusting. Corporate will not step in when they receive complaints. Aggressive dogs are allowed in the yard and never dismissed for hurting other dogs or people. Dog to attendant ratios are regularly exceeded, even up to double the limit.
they need a whole new crew, especially WHOLE NEW DIRECTOR
The owners are checked out and do not care
Constant abuse from the owner!
I just never know what kind of day it will be. Once I'm there, it just fine!
