Training the staff!! Try and give new staff a more diverse experience, follow around multiple people, play in all the different sizes, tell them when to use what techniques to get a dog to stop what theyre doing. Train them in holding dogs back from gate!!!
Appreciating their team, and actually promoting from within the company and giving raises
Being less toxic, not feeding into drama and gossip.
Connecting with employees! Appreciate your teams
There is nobody to hold the managers accountable for their actions and disregard for human and dog safety. They blame lower staff for all their problems and take no responsibility for their faults.
They withheld my pay when i became a supervisor only giving me a .25¢ raise in 5 years i made $15 for the first 2y and $15.25 for the rest and only about 3ish months ago did they finally give me my raise where i made $16/hr with no benifits never told me about benifits when hired at all

If I was paid better and treated better
I'm sure everyone including my manager isn't paid nearly enough but I can only speak to my experience. It is extremely hard work for not even enough money to cover bills. I only accepted it because I genuinely love the dogs. Because of this it is mostly high schoolers working at my facility.
I do feel undervalued, for every position learned at camp should be a 50 to 75 cent raise.
Better management and higher oay
Fair treatment one of the three managers they have is to scared to speak up at all cuz they dont wanna lose their job even tho they have equal positions cuz theyll just make up a bunch of stuff to tell the ceo and get you in trouble cant even talk to the ceo cuz it might be coursed against you

Telling eachother if something went wrong, and how to fix it. But often we dont have time to show eachother things, its understandable.
They should leave this job. They're all smart and great people wasting their time.
Lack of communication, favoritism, cleaniness standards, staffing, time management. Also pushed to keep aggressive dogs in camp on a few occasions because pet parents paid. I would have felt better if these things were improved upon
There is a severe lack of communication throughout the building. The whole reason I left, could've been avoided if counselors had proper communication of what dogs should be in what yards to begin with to avoid conflicts.
Fair treatment of staff and not having an over inflated ego because you have a higher position. They will lie to the ceo then turn around and say "the ceo is a dumb bitch that doesnt care about her dogs and is the worst to work for" word for word actually heard a manger say this

New management that loves dogs more than money
caring a little bit more
The owner, the employees the current facilities
Management needs to stop treating people below them like children, as some of them are even more qualified than them, and they need to hear out the concerns. I also think the owner needs to stop being so greedy and think of the safety of the dogs and their employees
Fair treatment of staff and dogs

Find out a little bit about potential hires. The only question I was asked was how I would break up a dog fight. Of course I was also hired due to years of experience in dog daycare and veterinary medicine.
Nothing it wasn’t hard
Review from Operations Dept
Everything is going wrong and it cant be improved until management changes
They care about money most, and how people look at them. No care for dogs or staff
Corprate needs to come and talk with employees(not the favorites!)
i've heard, he said what's wrong
The owners need to be retrained. They are terrible to the employees and talk down about our clients calling some of them crazy.
