Mr. Luca Mignini has been the President of Global Biscuits & Snacks at Campbell Soup Company since February 1, 2015 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Mignini served as President of Campbell International, Inc., from January 21, 2013 to January 31, 2015. He oversaw all aspects of Campbell's existing businesses in Europe, Asia Pacific, China and Latin America. He also worked to identify opportunities in new markets around the world. He led consumer packaged goods businesses around the world, including successfully driving growth in Latin and South America, Greater China, Europe, Asia Pacific and Eastern Europe. Mr. Mignini served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Findus Italy at Nomad Foods Europe Holdings Limited from October 2010 to 2012. He joined Iglo Foods Group in October 2010. Mr. Mignini worked with SC Johnson for more than 20 years in international and regional roles in Europe, Greater China and South East Asia and Latin America. He served as Senior Vice President of Europe, Australia/New Zealand and Japan - SC Johnson Germany at S. C. Johnson & Son, Inc. since October 2007 also served as its Vice President of Southeastern Cluster and Group Managing Director of southeastern Cluster since January 2005; Group Managing Director until January 2005. His early career was spent in marketing, including regional and international marketing roles, before he became General Manager of the SCJ business in Prague, followed by a period as General Manager in Chile. Over 10 years, Mr. Mignini has successfully led a portfolio of country operations in SCJ, initially as Andean Pact Cluster General Manager (which included Venezuela, Colombia, Peru and Ecuador), followed by China and Greater China Cluster, Vietnam Emerging Markets and Pakistan. He served as Vice President, Central and South East Europe; and Vice President, Greater China/ASEAN at SC Johnson. He held positions at Johnson & Johnson and Perugina Buitoni. He served as a Director of Nomad Foods Europe Limited. He served as a Director of Nomad Foods Europe Holdings Limited from March 8, 2011 to January 21, 2013. He serves as incoming Chapter Chair for the Young President Organization in Italy. Mr. Mignini holds a bachelor of economics and business administration from Bocconi University, Milan, Italy and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois, United States.
