They need new staffing that knows how to do thier job & it is passionate & love what they do. Instead of picking with the employees & finding any little reason to fire them.

They have pulled so much cost out of the system it no longer works. Lost all credibility with distributor partners. Reverse the policies which will never happen.
Changes to operation employees but allow team leaders to work 10 to 11 hours a day. No productive work. On computers watching sports on weekend's.
The treatment and negative changes to the independent distributorship is terrible leading to horrible morale of the direct sales force. Stop negatively effecting independent distributors businesses.
