More money hourly and a better supervisor who shows that he or she cares about who their over

The fact I know (since you already have a 2.5 star) this survery won't change a damn thing is why I feel undervalued summed up. I have a huge following on social media and every secrete and product from this company will be exposed and boycotted

I had originally applied for PMO job and was placed on the general utility job but I am still in the process of doing a PMO job but only getting paid general utility pay which is 1675

Don't know a whole lot about the company culture but I do know that theirs to much unfairness going on

Management, HR, leadership. Take 2 damn seconds and actually talk to workers do an anonymous vote to get real feedback. You guys clearly don't care about the everyday average worker. But keep wasting money training and marketing for new employees instead of keeping those you have.

I had 4 interviews with them because they were super unorganized & didnt even know that they gave me a interview before.

When someone apply for a job gave them the job that they apply for don't leave them sitting in a virtual waiting room for over an hour and then make it be their fault that they don't receive the job that they previously put in for

They need new staffing that knows how to do thier job & it is passionate & love what they do. Instead of picking with the employees & finding any little reason to fire them.

Listen to concerns. Genuinely. listen

They have pulled so much cost out of the system it no longer works. Lost all credibility with distributor partners. Reverse the policies which will never happen.
