The health and dental benefits were drastically decreased while the cost went up. Subpar benefits is not what you expect working for an insurance company.

Some employees have been there for 15+ years. They havent adapter to changes. People starting a new job at CL dont seem to stay for very long.

It takes around a month for vetting to clear before you can start. You are not told which team you will work in until last min.
Awful pay. Staff are over streached. The company has not adapted to the modern era. Every decision seems to take management years to make and they normally backtrack on whichever conclusion they've reached.
Slow internal processes mean slow responses and resolutions to our customers.
