We don't do brain teasers or computer-sciencey kind of questions. Instead our process tries to be as realistic to day to day job expectations as possible.

In product and engineering, we work cross functionally where devs, designers, product, and qa all sit next to each other and are all involved in the success of the product from start to finish.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like to make awesome products without red-tape and bureaucracy. I also really like to be creative in solving problems in new and innovative ways, instead of doing the same thing over and over again. I really like to contribute to open-source on company time.
