Heavily focused on autonomy granted to the teams. The company is also very transparent

Transparent, honest, hard-working, trusting (not micro-managers), committed, moral, humble, sharp. Not sure what else you could want?

I love my teams, my boss, my leadership team and the challenges we face. The office is great too!

Open communication and transparency into the process at each stage. I got more and more excited as I interviewed with more people
What are some of the best things about your team?
There's lots of energy, my co-workers are interested in progressing their careers, in many instances they are thought-leaders in their craft, they are bought in to the team's mission
