What did you like most about the interview process?
Depending on your job (I am in tech) they do a 4-part interview that is thorough so they hire the right people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are constantly interacting with the entire company. On Monday's they do stand-ups for each department and then they open up for questions. Conversation is strong encouraged.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are funny and I like how like-minded we all are. We're silly and usually happy to be here. We also understand we all have our own lives outside of work too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The social aspects and also the building is very well lit. They have a gym on site and it is easy to strike up a conversation with anyone, even if you don't know them. It is quite special.
