What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most are visible out and about on property and approachable.
They are trying to address the critiques from staff, but sometimes seem to forget that we are actually expert in our fields and have valuable insights into what can best help our guests. And that we should be compensated and benefitted as experts in our fields.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparent, proactive, vocal, tangible support of the wellness of employees, so that employees can provide the same to guests.
actually fixing things that are broken/replacing them, renovations, listening to employee complaints
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Choices of benefits and pricing to employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
That we were paid for for the work we do. There are departments that are paid more for less work and i think that is unjust.
Pay is ok. Time off, however, is significantly behind corporate standards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of my co-workers are amazing and understanding, helpful and work together.
We help each other usually
Supportive, collaborative, and creative. They are personally motivated to offer the very best service to guests and to promote each other rather than compete.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Employees that cover shifts in other departments are allowed to get away with all sorts dereliction. There's no accountability at all
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management openness to be accessible and supportive of employees' personal/professional questions and concerns.
The people, the facility, and the location.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Consistency in management and better communication yo staff
What did you like most about the interview process?
H.R. will actually respond to questions and provide feedback.
Interviews were conversational and comfortable. People were authentic.
I got to meet people who actually do the job. Very cool

Guest interaction and guest satisfaction.
Being able to effectively aid guests' healing, working through grief/transitions, presentations, and collaborating with my team.
