If an employee meets the qualifications for a new position they have applied for, they may not be allowed to transfer due to not be allowed to skip more than 2 levels. For example, I am a Coordinator and cannot transfer to a Manager. I would have to quit and reapply as an external employee.

Allow Employees to make decisions to move faster vs competition. Need to create strong RACI models instead of slow group think.

I have degrees and am still paid as if I only have a high school diploma. I have exceptional performance reviews, a strong work ethic and still Management doesn't care.

Not paid fairly when compared to market salaries and bonus is well below other financial institutions. Yearly adjustments are a joke and barely keep pace with inflation.

Management needs to pay according to experience and merit. Evaluations are awarded based upon a bell curve rather than actual employee performance and skews things terribly. In addition, management uses raises and bonuses via reviews as a tool to level pay rather than recognize success.

Higher responsibility and decisions regarding various workstreams need to be owned by functional expertise. A better cross functional approval process for projects can be better as well.

Since they closed our branch and merged us with another one, moral has really gone down. When you've been doing something the same way for 4 years and never got it wrong, then to have someone literally pick apart everything you do is really discouraging. All of the sudden I'm doing everything wrong.

Promote those who deserve it, not based on a popularity contest. Stop pitting employees against one another. Provide raises that actually help employees, 2% is pathetic when execs get millions in stock.

They give you 4 weeks of PTO, but in my role, you rarely get to take any of it. Make the scheduling more flexible.
