What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility in terms of work hours and work location. The company is more goal-oriented rather than conventional 9-to-5 clock work type places. It's a huge perk.

How many team members I got to meet before joining the team. Being able to hear from current workers before signing on myself was a huge relief knowing I'm joining someplace good.
