Love my team! Everybody is so open to helping if I ever have any questions and is so easy to get along with!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody's frame of mind. We get mental health days once a quarter to ensure everybody is putting work life balance at the top of our lists
What is the best part about your compensation package?
CaptivateIQ adjusts rate based off of cost of living. Love this because if I were to ever move I know my compensation will be adjusted in a fair manner
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent with how the company is doing as a whole. Once a month we have a meeting that is a deep dive going over how we're doing financially, where there's room to improve, etc
What did you like most about the interview process?
I love how they constantly are improving the process. I was one of the first employees for the company and my interview process was average, but this is something they have improved greatly since I joined the company
