What is the best part about your compensation package?

I think that it is very competitive

What makes you most happy at work?

I get to apply my problem solving skills on a daily basis

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are super friendly, always happy to help. Because of that I believe we are able to collaborate effectively.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are incredibly receptive, they take the time to listen and are quick to shout out and reward good work and accomplishments

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is very friendly and collaborative. I feel comfortable asking questions to any level of management. They work hard to create a great culture despite us being remote.

What did you like most about the interview process?

My favourite part of the interview process was the virtual on-site. I had a 30 min interview/chat with 4 different people across different teams and management levels. This allowed me to meet a really great cross-section of the company and ask lots of questions.
