Equity! I do well on base/variable but stock options are the real reward.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to help finance, rev ops, and sales leaders save time and effort every month when running commissions while improving the experience for sales reps like myself.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet those who would be my colleagues, manager, and the step above my manager. It gave me confidence in where the company was then and that it would continue to grow into the great company it is today!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do a great job of adapting meetings to the individuals that will be attending. Large meetings that are used to share critical information are focused and do not waste time. Smaller groups are allowed more time to chat and get to know each other while still accomplishing the goals of the meeting.
