The culture pits workers against one another and there is not trust

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Diversity of leadership, stop changing compensation models after employees deliver on their end and stop driving women out of the company

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership killed culture and turned it into a toxic environment filled with bullying, retaliation and bro code leadership team. Women are fleeing the company.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Culture is toxic, no level of trust to voice frustrations unless you go straight to HR and their is retaliation when you voice anything negative

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay needs to be greatly increased and compensation model continues to change to the company's benefit of not paying out to employees after employees have delivered on their end

What did you like most about the interview process?

The former leadership team was transparent and allowed you to speak to the teams you will work with. Currently interviewees only speak to leadership to shield any visibility to how toxic company is
