What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions were straight forward, everyone seemed engaged during the interview, felt more like a conversation than a formal interview.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
During the pandemic, we have been able to work remotely - not sure how that will change after pandemic ends; 12 hours a year of paid time for volunteering; flexible schedule with doctors appointments, family events, etc.
