What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs to delegate. They also need to operate as one team as opposed to adversaries. There is too much throwing under the bus.

They should be ashamed of themselves to have allowed what has occurred since they hired jim / chief officer.

Stop the massive reference checks. I had to get references from too many people.

They are so slow to respond that i had to take another offer.
