We have a good group of strong, experienced professionals from a variety of industries. Motivation remains generally high and attitudes positive, in spite of broader strategic misalignment.

The culture is one of the best things about Caresyntax. Considering the level of talent and experience at Caresyntax, I expected there to be large egos. I was wrong. Everyone shows up to work hard and checks their ego's at the door. It is a positive work environment where people support one another.
The culture of urgency is extremely toxic, and needs to go away. The lack of broader team alignment and validation for company strategy (what are we doing here?) needs to be identified. And the siloing of information and resources needs to stop.
While interviewing with Caresyntax I could tell that they were intentional about trying to provide an authentic interview experience where I was able to gain an understanding of both the challenges and rewards of working there.
Caresyntax made an honest effort to accurately project the work, current internal challenges, and the culture.

I thoroughly enjoy the fact that the status quo doesn't seem to exist. We are all consistently striving to improve our product, department, company, etc.
Appropriate focus and financial support for product development
Leaders need to build a culture of trust and accountability, not one of "knowing better", "assumption," and "ego". Instead, spend half the time in meetings running around, and more time giving proper shape and scope to objectives and projects - then leave them with the teams to execute.
