Cargill Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

PTO is best in industry for seasoned employees

Review from Finance Dept

What compensation package? If you refer to pay, then I am satisfied.

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation package is above average

The yearly performance bonus and good starting salary

Attractive compensation package (days off, free gym subscription, meal tickets, holidays incentives)

Base pay and bonus structure.

Review from HR Dept

a new employee gets half as much vacation walking in the plant than I do after 35 years

Salary, benefits and compensations and STI

Good leave , fair compensation , good work life balance

I get pay according to my job and hours that I work for. Everything is going well

Review from Product Dept

bonus at the end of the year

Review from Operations Dept

Benefits start immediately on your first day.

It is very fair. I/we are paid well.

The short term incentive is grest

The best part of my compensation is medical benefit

Review from Finance Dept

Excellent pay, perks good ?

It starts the day youre hired. No waiting

Variable comp is the best

bonus year on year provided

The pay itself is the best part. I work 6 months out of the year and make more than i ever have anywhere else.

Review from Product Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am not a robot

Higher pay for the Large amount of workload placed on everyone. Its insane!

More pay for good employees

The company has not kept up with the market and inflation

I think the company should try harder to adequately and fairly assess my particular skill set, allowing me more opportunities to ascend the hierarchical ladder. As it stands currently, it remains quite difficult to see any major improvements of positions, thus hindering employee motivation.

wages commensurate with the market AND similar roles within cargill

Ive been sent home early when things still neded to be done, I reported it to my supervisor and the team leas was not supposed to do it.

Pension freeze with less than adequate and unfair replacement with 401k match. Should offer ESOP to production employees Salt division.

Managers always deserve better than just engineers

Just a poor place to work at..

They should value my health more. Runs you to down fast. Mentally and physically. Compensation alright, but not when you consider these main issues.

I know that some people, much less productive than me are promoted more and make more because they are perceived as diverse

Cargill is not a company to pay high, I think it heavily relies still of the culture of belonging that is present to compensate.

Salary disparities at all levels

Review from Operations Dept

Higher pay maybe bonuses for the ones that have been there for the company. And leadership team are not held accountable for their actions

Review from Operations Dept

refuse to care for work related injury

Review from Product Dept

Raised given are based on performance. I went above and beyond in every section. My manager/ leads don't have to tell what to do. I clock in and go about doing my duties. I workd almost 70 hours a week for about 6 months during the transition at my plant. I feel that I'm not appreciated
