The company has not kept up with the market and inflation

I think the company should try harder to adequately and fairly assess my particular skill set, allowing me more opportunities to ascend the hierarchical ladder. As it stands currently, it remains quite difficult to see any major improvements of positions, thus hindering employee motivation.

No matter how many meetings or trainings the company holds if people don't wavy to do it they won't. Repeated falsification of documentation and or cross contaminating of product tells the company this. Individuals who display these behaviors aren't good for the company yet CCNA loves and keeps them

The pay and your maintenance supervisor jimmy needs to stop being hateful to people that are good workers and the other guys shouldn't hate on people that are humble and come to work everyday
