Always working understaffed and i wouldve loved a raise (i do not work there anymore)
benefits pay time off etc.
Better pay would be great since we are being overworked they expect alot and never want to give back to us

I’ve been a shift leader in training for going on 2 months. I do all things that shift leaders do with out the pay raise or official title. Got hurt on the job and the manager blamed me for it instead

I quit temporarily and I came back to a lower wage. I was only gone from the company a few months.

they do not even give anything they take away a lot of money from your check and the benefits you get are one of the worst
Management has been telling us that they are working to raise our wages for about 6 months and nothing has been done. Workers are leaving the store because they pay more everywhere around us. Because workers started to leave they hired new workers at higher wages then people working their for year.
