Always working understaffed and i wouldve loved a raise (i do not work there anymore)
benefits pay time off etc.
Better pay would be great since we are being overworked they expect alot and never want to give back to us

The culture and environment are well it's always clean Temps are always right nothing is past its times fryer are cleaned on time brake down is done properly and everyone is being safe and efficient and there is a lot of different culture it all really chill vibes like everyone cares

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
more compensation for people working harder
Better understanding of the people who work for the company we have lives outside of work we cant be working like mules at least appreatiate the work we do some of us go above and beyond and never get knoticed

the whole restaurant needs to be shut down and all the managers and shift supervisors fired.

I like how the manager was strate to the point I think buy getting a automatic offer leader before I even left well that tells you something right there like I think my manager is doing a great job she knows her job that the bottom line for what I enjoyed about my interview
