We have a wonderful team morale but the company as a whole is not good

Split building and pediatric side is wonderful. Can not speak of the adult side.

Many changes have been made by people who have no medical background and do not understand how an office runs efficiently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recently bought out by Atrium and many changes have been made with unhappy employees. This has resulted in a severe loss in physicians and other medical staff
