Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Poor health insurance coverage, expensive; retirement plan has high fees and poor transparency re returns on investments with a website that is very hard to navigate

Commitment to excellence in patient care, strongly ethical, excellent clinical skills, always there to help each other, friendly and supportive, seek out ways to improve service to patients and work environment
