How employees describe working at Carr Riggs & Ingram
My experience has varied drastically from my buddy's who work in another office. Each office (SPU) has their own culture, but the one I'm at has been fantastic, it's been an awesome learning environment, and the overall treatment/commitment to work-life balance has been outstanding!
I enjoyed working for CRI for the first couple of years, but the high expectations throughout the pandemic and beyond have led to major burnout what feels like with everyone that the company is doing nothing to address. Raises have been minuscule, not even reaching the rate of inflation this year.
They do not care about their people at all
CRI seeks to grow through merger and acquisition but lacks the leadership to make integration successful in the long run. There is no company culture and the CEO and leaders care more about revenue than people. Turnover was 3-4 times a normal accounting firm
Firm is working to improve office culture, but pay and benefits are subpar.
