What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Pay a comparable wage and hire appropriate staffing. Discussing curriculum decisions with the staff implementing the curriculum to avoid mistakes that cost the students learning and education time.

I have a variable commute from 50 - 100 minutes each direction. I would appreciate teh ability to work remotely 20% of the work week and spend the commute hours on more of my work day and some exercise to prevent repetitive strain from sittiing at the computer.

Get a new manager who is more supportive of her staff

I put in 110% work 15 hour days due to the fact no one wants to work here. I can't keep going on like this and ask everyday for help from my dean Marryum and my campus director Melissa. They just give me the run around. Its awful. I am here until 10:30 at night while they are home snug in bed.

MACRO-MANAGING is the biggest issue at this college due to certain managers (and want to be managers) creating issues and pushing members to complete redundant tasks. Disconnection between senior leadership and employees is very apparent. Lack of understanding and empathy toward employees.
