Benefits, clear roles and boundaries. Do not call instructors "Lead Instructors" and treat them like program directors when they are not and aren't paid like they are. Contribute to 401K. The average matching in our area is 6%. You haven't given us the "up to 2%" that we were told was on the table.

There needs to be a no tolerance policy for drama, bullying, harassment, and pettiness & it must be enforced strongly. I enjoy other departments and one team member, the rest of my team is discouraging & cliquey. I'm constantly left out of team decisions and team info.

Pay a comparable wage and hire appropriate staffing. Discussing curriculum decisions with the staff implementing the curriculum to avoid mistakes that cost the students learning and education time.

I have a variable commute from 50 - 100 minutes each direction. I would appreciate teh ability to work remotely 20% of the work week and spend the commute hours on more of my work day and some exercise to prevent repetitive strain from sittiing at the computer.
