What is the best part about your compensation package?

Variable comp is good but the stock is volatile.

Work life balance and equal treatment.

Good salary, comprehensive insurance (medical, life, STD, LTD, vision, dental), fair employee-paid portion

great benefits that are affordable

Benefits are great and so is the comp plan

Generous salary paid at a localized rate (i.e. wage scales in CA differ from those in TX or IL or other states)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Competitive rates would be nice. Inflation adjustments are needed.
