Less leadership! So much glut at the top.
not goofing off, invest in what really matters if it's trying to become a tech company

Competitive rates would be nice. Inflation adjustments are needed.

Keep your negative attitudes and opinions in check for the sake of the team and working together. Too much animosity at times which seriously impedes productivity. Be professional, not personal.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
1+ years continued rapid resignations from all departments and all levels, moral is lowest ever, exec team doing nothing about it, ignoring it
