What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always there when needed., get things done un a mannorable time

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and scheduling. There's a lack of organization and no one's doing anything to try and fix it. There's no professionalism
Training managers to not physically assault there staff. Also protect snd standby those management out in negative situations

Talking to customers professionally and not all with that hard tough

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid very fairly for the job
Getting 6% commission is good
The Medical network and sick day coverage.
Commission is great when u earn it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money for the level of service employees provide. We go out and literally risk our lives every day to pay for the execs next vacation.
Well constantly spend the money after you damn pawn shops of yours and getting treated like Street crab tour customer service they're all young and act like they can just talk to Elder adults as they please with all this attitude and you're at the workplace if you can't be professional ain't no need
I would like a competitive pay or at least enough to survive.
They didn't even give me compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is one of the best in Charlotte. We have communication and teamwork

We all work as a team and get things done
The comraderie. My store feels unique as that I have very tenured managers who foster a sense of family in the workplace. Without them, I would have quit first month.
They make the job fun and easy to learn and make sure I don't make mistakes

Better management and communication skills
New attitude with better customer services your customer service skills are disappointing considering the fact how much money I've spent buying merchandise at the pawn shops is that you guys on won't be spending another day I'm dying trust and believe once I got what I need out of their way and long

I was never interviewed I was just hired for a position.
I was interviewed at a different store and enjoyed it there before I was transferred

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Everything, they're just terrible. The staff, the labor schedule, the way they treat customers, the way they treat employees, they are in patience, their negligence, their malpractice and so much more.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the customers that I have delt with throught my time wotking there

Customers could have a better experience if we were more organized and worked like a team
The compant needs to take away the commisin and at least do better on the per hour wage
