What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and scheduling. There's a lack of organization and no one's doing anything to try and fix it. There's no professionalism
Training managers to not physically assault there staff. Also protect snd standby those management out in negative situations

Realizing who is actually taking care of their customers and not every customer planned to pay the money back when they got it.
