What does the leadership team need to get better at?
need new leadership team, replace all managers with competent ones
listen to the front line staff and recognise their importance to the business.
The leadership team needs to be more compassionate and in touch with their employees, the working environment and how their decisions affect employees on a day-to-day basis. They will be much better if they managed from the common experience rather than in their ivory towers.
communication, decision making, execution, understanding the industry and working conditions

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i believe cx in general pays at the low 40% of the market
Salary and benefits have been declining since 1993. we are supposed to be a first class airline but management want to pay low cost slaries
What are some of the best things about your team?
we click, coz we have that special thing with cx. this is speaking of the past. now things has changed.

Less top heavy, more empowerment of employees

i used to have a great team. and i get cheap tickets to fly J on super LHs going home to see my famiy
Facilities are good, people are respectful of each other in general
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers notice service cuts and price increases. Stop cutting services and listen to customers needs
