The leadership team needs to be more compassionate and in touch with their employees, the working environment and how their decisions affect employees on a day-to-day basis. They will be much better if they managed from the common experience rather than in their ivory towers.

Salary and benefits have been declining since 1993. we are supposed to be a first class airline but management want to pay low cost slaries
