What do you like best about the leadership team?
Legacy Bats leadership is amazing
They seem friendly and well meaning at times.

Recognize that culture fostered is unhealthy
Value the people of the company and walk the talk when it comes to diversity with visible and vocal commitment and support for broad HR programs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous paid vacation and personal days.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay cannot justify my responsibilty and qualifications. It is not fair to pay someone with more reponsibilty, more work, and more skills less than other people.
Lack of recognition and too much favoritism and lack of accountability for performance and rampant poor and disrespectful behavior.
A little underpaid but the hours and benefits are good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The are well meaning. Some are interesting.
people are nice and kind. We work hard together and chat during breaks.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The level of respect and value of colleagues and their functional expertise. The value of collaboration is not lived authentically.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leaders are role models. They work hard and take the responsibilities.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Starting st the too it needs to be recognized that diverse culture creates value and root out the toxiciity
Hold top leaders accountable for their negative behavior. The culture has eroded to a good old boys club. Be honest at all company meetings when things are not going well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Questions are very practical which is different from some other companies. Other companies often use overqualified unrelated exams to find candidates.

Work and life balance. Manager gives me opportunities to grow. CEO is approachable and intelligent.
