CBRE Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Good training and development courses to explore my potential and improve working skills

The eligibility for bonus and the unlimited PTO.

Review from Operations Dept

Can't find any words for it presently

The coverage is outstanding for me

Review from Operations Dept

401k match is the best part

I don't think I have any

The only way I could do that was

The yearly bonus as a manager and the company retirement contributions.

Review from Admin Dept

Training paid as overtime hence, a win-win by improving my skills and giving back to the company.

The work is awesome the people at our company are awesome.

Private health care and pension

Bonuses, healtcare, multisport and trainings

Bonuses and pay raise along with it constantly getting better compared to my last job as a teacher where not only did our pay raises sometimes not happen but it would be a one-time payment of something like $500.00 which was just an insult.

Review from Operations Dept

They provide a fair hourly wage.

insurance and pay 401k is good

yearly hike and it was good

Unlimited vacation once you are at the $100,000 salary level.

Excellent benefits all around; great medical/dental and 401k match

it's a very comprehensive package

we have great parental leave and PTO

Review from HR Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because i am getting very low salary

I'm a union technician, the management on site treats us poorly

Compensation for working out of hours, weekends and public holidays.

Allow the account teams to prioritize the client, have Corporate supply more support and allow better work/life balance.

I would like it if the company actually paid a decent wage. They pay bare minimum

Review from Operations Dept

It doesn't matter what you do for this company, they will never pay well unless you are upper management or a broker. You can get an exceeds expectations on your yearly review and not be compensated for it at all. This place has broken my spirit

Company has too much of a spread the wealth mentality rather then rewarding high performers

I take home less than what i earn due to the benefits that i pay for

Compensation does not involve factors like the price of inflation

I do the work of 4 departments and am told that it is our job to "go above and beyond."

Review from Admin Dept

My skills and productivity are much better than a senior (at that time I join a company with a junuor position), the company needs to promote a person if she/he is outstanding, and give good salary

I left the job because of the manager; she didn't trust people and accused people of things without proof. She lacked confidence herself, which contributed to this behavior. She was promoted from basically an admin to a director of an IT specific area without expertise.

The bump in PTO doesn't happen until 4 years at the company which is ridiculous. You have to use your PTO for sick time

I feel under valued as the other jobs i have looked at in the market are all paying a lot better than my current job all of this combined with the lack of ledership is really unstisfying.

Review from Engineering Dept

to be getting paid what i deserve for my skills and knowledge , instead of paying a new hire more money than me and has no experience what so ever

Level of unprofessionalism is outrageous.

Pay was significantly under market, no work life balance, equity, profit shares, being treated with respect, onboarding, true concern about teams well being and not their bonus.

Review from Product Dept

Pay should be based on credentials, not necessity.

Review from Engineering Dept

Pay and benefits not at par with modern industries.

Salary transparency. More compensation and benefits
