What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

CBRE measurement in person on the ground is based on tick boxes, and electrical engineers dealing with daily hard work does't recognised, good talk, lazy whi don't care, nuce talker rewarded more than hard workers

How many times can I say poor management

Lots of unnecessary politics, culture allowed for aggressive behavior, good old boys club. Promote women and transparency not just on paper but in real time.

Management on the Amazon account is not supportive of staff. Talent Acquisition Managers are in over their heads and divisive in nature.
