better communication between day and night shift. also day shift actually taking care of stuff that needs to be done during day shift, because we night shift can't do the call and contractor/vendor stuff on nights.

Excel is important but they dont know it much to use in their work. Time for coffee and smoking too much but no attention to their task, communication in team is really rare, only good morning and good bye during the day

CBRE measurement in person on the ground is based on tick boxes, and electrical engineers dealing with daily hard work does't recognised, good talk, lazy whi don't care, nuce talker rewarded more than hard workers
