Because i am getting very low salary

I'm a union technician, the management on site treats us poorly

Compensation for working out of hours, weekends and public holidays.

Allow the account teams to prioritize the client, have Corporate supply more support and allow better work/life balance.

I would like it if the company actually paid a decent wage. They pay bare minimum

They are a good tream but they are not CBRE emplyoees and they feel bad for us that we are as they've see the treatment and are honest about how bad we are treated.

My coworkers do just fine, we work together well

It starts at the top, too much is being pushed to the account teams and everyone is beyond stressed.

better communication between day and night shift. also day shift actually taking care of stuff that needs to be done during day shift, because we night shift can't do the call and contractor/vendor stuff on nights.

Excel is important but they dont know it much to use in their work. Time for coffee and smoking too much but no attention to their task, communication in team is really rare, only good morning and good bye during the day

CBRE measurement in person on the ground is based on tick boxes, and electrical engineers dealing with daily hard work does't recognised, good talk, lazy whi don't care, nuce talker rewarded more than hard workers

How many times can I say poor management

Lots of unnecessary politics, culture allowed for aggressive behavior, good old boys club. Promote women and transparency not just on paper but in real time.
