Leadership given to the employees who deserve it and remove the ones that can't do their job.

My direct leader does not know how to communicate or lead. Shouldn't have been given the role.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This job requires more work then any other company I've worked for and I took a huge pay cut.
