Enjoyed working with everyone on my immediate team outside of one person, who I just did not get along with due to personality differences.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership on the floor is willing to do anything that they would ask you to do. When problems arise, leadership doesn't look for anyone to blame, but seeks solutions to problems. But some QAs can be strict with their duties and it can be a hassle to tactfully steer them the right way occasionally.
