My direct leadership team is very flexible with work life balance and cares about their team
CDW is involved with "diverse markets" ranging from government, education, state and local, business, etc. so this helps gain traction even when 1-2 markets are flat.
Very responsive to assist you when needed.
My personal leadership team within my department is above and beyond what a typical individual in that role would do for their team. We are treated equally, our managers make time for them to be able to have individual relationships with each member of their team, and they are beyond reliable.

Great people on the team and everyone always feels included
Everyone gets a long and we can joke around but also help as a team when needed
Our collaboration, willingness to support anyone who needs assistance, and trust were developed by individuals who work alongside each other daily and work well together as a unit.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I don’t remember it’s been a w
My manager at the time didn't approach it as an interview. He approached it as a conversation to ensure my comfort. I didn't realize until after the interview was over that he had asked certain questions that would apply to the position i was interviewing for. It was extremely impressive.
The quality of the interviewers, including HR, the staff and managers was good.
